We welcome newcomers on every training

For more informations contact us via mail or phone. You are welcome to come just for a look, or to practice from first lesson. One lesson is about two hours long and is appropriate for both children (from 10 years old) and senior practitioners man and woman.

What do you need?

- sporting clothes

- practise is barefoot 

- we will provide you sword (bokken and shinai) for first lessons
